**Please Note- During this recovery time from my broken ankle- Completion of projects and orders will be slower depending on the hours each day I am needing to be elevating the injury!!!** Contact me for more specific timing details before ordering if your are order is time sensitive.

Order processing time- I will be notified upon your payment being processed that I have an order. Many items from this store are custom hand made. It may take up to two weeks for me to finish a complicated design. HOWEVER, if you are shopping for spirit items on a page that has the designs pre-made and certain shirts available, then you can expect to be notified that you items are shipped within four business days. You will be contacted immediately if I am experiencing delays and believe I can not meet that four day guideline.

If an item is listed as a pre-order, you can expect that the base materials will be ordered after or near the end of the ordering window and then completed within 6-10 working days after the pre-order window has closed.

Free Local Pickup- contact beckykeegan@hotmail.com to work out a time to pick your items up from the BESTEES workroom.

Free Local Delivery- we do everything in our ablities to get local items delivered to your town for free. (frequently traveled South Dakota towns include Martin, Wanblee, Kadoka, Long Valley, Philip, Interior.) We can also deliver to Rapid City, Wall, Cody Nebraska, Merriman Nebraska, Valentine Nebraska- but we travel to these areas much less frequently.

Shipping carriers and methods- right now we mostly use usps priority mail. I can fit up to two sweatshirts, and four t-shirts in one mailer to save on shipping.

Shipping costs- This is the main reason we choose usps right now, we can get you multiple shirts at an insured and reasonable rate of right around $10. I do not charge any type of service charge or material fee above what shipping costs me.

Delivery speed- USPS Priority Mail takes about 3-4 business days to anywhere.

Late or damaged shipments- you will need to file a complaint with the chosen carrier to collect on insurance.

Returns and cancellations- returns and cancellations must be approved through contacting beckykeegan@hotmail.com. Returns of customized items can not be accepted at this time. If an item has already been customized there will also be no way to cancel an order, but we will do our best to find a way to work with you through whatever issues you are having.
